Model Lookup Application

During his day time job, Sven Thirion, President of WebWorks Intl' is in charge of the eCommerce and eBusiness department at Smith Consulting Group Ltd., where he created and maintains the Model Lookup application. The Model Lookup application allows online visitors to search for and order parts from several manufacturers by using a singular interface. Parts can be found by model and located using part breakdown images or by keyword search by using searchable PDFs. Real time communication with customer representatives is possible as well as remote technical report. Orders can be tracked, invoices searched, reports created and payments made, all through the same interface. The Model Lookup application is used by thousands of dealers and service companies each day and handles several million transactions each month. Applicational also uses several customized ActiveX controls, created specifically for the application.
